刘常忠

国家级运动健将、首批国家级实习定线员、现役国家攀岩队队员。多次代表国家队比赛并取得优异成绩。中国竞技攀岩难度记录保持者，多次获得全国冠军并评为优秀运动员，2002年首个完成阳朔大榕树三号线5.13C难度。就读于上海体育学院运训专业。

National Climbing team, Captain of National Climbing Team, National Master athlete. The first climber to finish 13C in the third route of Yangshuo Banyan Tree(Red Point). Now, Liu Changzhong is studying in Shanghai Sports Institute.

自2000年10月开始练习攀岩,主攻速度攀岩，岩壁感觉良好，攀爬节奏流畅。对于速度赛攀岩有独特的理解，善于观察线路，找到适合自己的攀爬动作，轻盈，节奏稳定，流畅。

Zhang Ning engaged in rock climbing from 2000, he majored in speed competition. Zhang Ning climb with great feeling of the route during competition. He has some special points of view on speed competition. During competition, he is good at study the route and find a suitable way to climb in, so he can acclimatize himself to the route better than competitors. He can climb smoothly, stability, and quickly.

邱洪树（小树）

邱洪树，岩友们称为小树。是华东地区著名的攀岩爱好者。也是我国为数不多的由爱好者而发展成为专业运动员的岩友之一。小树攀岩动作果断，坚决。尝试线路之前往往能仔细观察理解定线员的意图，研究制定攀爬计划。一旦开始攀爬，则坚决执行自己的计划。在短短几年中，小树已经取得了巨大的进步，目前竞赛成绩能稳定在全国前八的水平。Qiu hongshu, be called Litter Tree by ckimbers, who is one of the most famous climbers in east china. He become a professional climber from a climber fan. He always observe the route and make a properly plan for climbing be for moving. After starting, he can carry on his decision perfectly. Litter Tree have made great progress in these years, now he is the Top 8 climbers in China. He likes to climber together with other guys, training, climbing, setting routes and so on.

刘贇卿（三文鱼）

女 出生于1983年

Liu Yunqing birth date 1983

01年开始练习攀岩，为人谦和，在攀爬中她充分运用女孩子先天柔韧性，使动作很漂亮柔和，展现“空中芭蕾”----攀岩的美感，经常到桂林阳朔、北京白河及江浙周边自然岩壁攀爬，具有良好的户外攀爬经验

She started to climb from 2001. She often climbs in YsngShuo, Beijing white river and other natural walls around Shanghai. She is a very experienced climber.

男，99年开始攀岩，前国家青少年攀岩队队员，2003年开始从事拓展培训，同时兼职户外职业领队工作，2004年从事户外运动活动策划，2008年担任“刘常忠攀岩学校”攀岩教练，长期的教练和户外领队工作，让他极具亲和力，善于引导启发学员，具有丰富教学经验
